We are currently recruiting for an experienced Peoples Manager to join and lead our recruitment and administration for our Home Care service in Diss.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced recruiter and administrator to support our service and take the lead on the recruiting of candidates as well as administration for our Diss office. We are looking for a passionate individual who has a strong focus on delivering excellent customer service and an outstanding experience for every candidate we have contact with. You will need to have experience of developing inclusive recruitment and attraction strategies, drive high performance and implementing effective on-boarding plans.

The post holder will develop the Kingsley Home Care employer brand, raise our profile nationally by promoting creative and inclusive recruitment campaigns and work in partnership with our Head Office team to identify and meet the workforce requirements.

An average of 40 hours per week (shifts to be discussed at interview). Some flexibility is required. Start/finish times may vary depending on the needs of the business.
